SCENARIO:

A customer has got in touch, stating that their item has not been delivered. Upon checking the tracking, it says it has been marked as delivered on 23rd June at 6:12pm.
We would like the customer to check with a neighbour or in a safe place to make sure it hasn't been misplaced.
