Talented Executive VA / GVA to join TEAM Full Time

Needing a talented executive VA to support CEO and high producing sales agent. You will help with general day-to-day organization and communication. Such tasks include:

~Help filter and organize daily email communications,
~Assist with client communication and interactions.
~Be a liaison for client and partner phone calls.
~Help manage daily calendar/scheduling
~Assist with daily marketing tasks and coordinate with Marketing Director
~Assist HR Director with on-boarding process development and recruitment review
~Pipeline transaction management and client status updates
~Help recruit and support realtor partner agents

We have numerous brands that you will help assist with, brainstorm ideas/concepts, and keep organized. You will receive a lot of exposure to a wide range of business experience, training in numerous business models, and career opportunities. Produce custom content for real estate clients (real estate agents, loan officers and brokers).
