Talented Writer for Real Estate and Travel blog *LONG TERM*

If you are an exceptional writer, we want you on our TEAM! The primary focus will be blog content for our multiple brands and websites. We will also have you create short eBooks, brochures, and marketing campaign content for CRM clients, social media content.
Our Good Life Movement brand will highlight communities, experiences and lifestyle in numerous metro destinations across the US. We will have video interviews of real life families who made cross country moves. You will provide written creative expansion of these real life stories either by reviewing the interview content or direct interviews with families to create the narrative and story. You will also interview local experts to create content highlighting attractions, vibe, and more (similar to travel guide).

We will also have you assist us in drafting compelling content for all our core businesses which primarily focus around Real Estate but we stretch across a few different disciplines. These Brands are:

1. Equip Mortgage - Full Service Mortgage Brokerage ( ---------- )
Help develop content for homebuyers, debt consolidation, home improvement, etc.

2. CRM Tool - Software as a Service for Loan Officers (EquippedBroker)
Sales techniques and best practices for loan officers, marketing content for consumer clients, etc.

3. Software as a Service for Real Estate Agents (EquippedRealtor)
Business management advice, business structure, marketing content for consumer clients, technology tools and best practices, etc.

4. Marketing Company (Equipped Marketing)
Produce custom content for real estate clients (real estate agents, loan officers and brokers).

5. Real Estate Resource for New Market Exploration (Good Life Movement) - See description above for details of content creation needed.
