HDD SUPERVISOR (Horizontal Directional Drilling)

Directly coordinate and report to the project manager.
Supervise and Manage the assigned TEAM / SEGMENT all the time.
Submit daily and weekly progress report to the project manager.
Implement safety rules and regulations all the time.
Must be able to enforce daily accomplishment as per bar chart schedule.
Consumables, Materials and accessories used for the drilling activities must be updated all the time
Required documents needed for the billing must be prepared and be submitted on time to the project manager.
Supervise and check the proper procedure during the HDD operation.
Prepares and discuss schedule with Field Engineer / Locators
Conduct and manage day-to-day activities
Supervise manpower, material and equipment utilization
Control and monitor the actual deliveries and withdrawal of materials at jobsite
Communicate with project consultant and inspectors on site regarding project status
Evaluate and consolidate Field Engineers reports( Daily Log, Activities, Accomplishment)
Conducts toolbox meeting
Maintain safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
