[FULL TIME - LONG TERM] Facebook Ads Manager & Project Manager For Coaches

We’re currently in the process of hiring a Facebook ads account manager that is able to get QUALITY leads for our clients consistently.

We’re working only with experts (coaches, consultants, healers, authors etc). You need to have experience in this field to apply for this ---------- pany’s Background:

Istrati International is a marketing company with the sole focus on creating successful Facebook ad campaigns with maximum Return on Investment. Our work has been featured in Huffington Post, Yahoo, Business Days and other international publications. We’re working with established coaches, consultants and service providers that sell high-end packages.

**Your responsibilities will be: **

You'll have 100% control and ownership over the client communication, strategy and the account itself.

Ad creative direction
Client communication (calls & emails)
Day to day management
Troubleshoot the ads and the funnel when things are not working well
Reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly)


The specific results we want from hiring a FB ad expert are...

Result #1: To know how to optimize ads and funnels
Result #2: ROI for our clients is important. We are aiming for at least 2:1 (or higher) profit ratio for all of our clients especially when we create their sales funnels.
Result #3: To have an affordable, proactive FB ad manager to monitor, track, and strategically change audiences, ads and sales funnels on a regular basis.

Requirements:
YOU MUST BE ---------- aning doing things in your best judgment without having to constantly ask me. Obviously, there will be some manners you should ask for my opinion about, but more often than not I want someone to be taking action.
YOU MUST BE Experienced. You need some type of proven track record on managing similar types of ad campaigns in the past.

Systems Requirement:
Have a good computer and a backup laptop
You should have wired ISP at least 5 mbps internet speed with a backup internet connection (pocket wifi)

What We Offer:
Work days are Monday through Friday from 9am, to 5pm EET
