Hello, I'm the owner of a digital marketing agency that's looking for an expert
I will hold a high standard for myself and for my team, and although we've very recently made a switch to the eCommerce space (previously helping gym owners), we're learning quickly, and aim to have a pipeline of eCommerce prospects looking for a world-class
You must:
Be highly creative and data-driven at the same time, as well as being an independent thinker- preferring to take initiative as opposed to waiting for instructions on what to do next, even if it there’s a risk of failure involved
Have case studies/results of eCommerce clients you've personally run ads for in the past, and be comfortable discussing them on a call/referencing them as we grow together
Have a framework you've personally tested and refined for everything from testing to optimisation to scaling
Obsessed with creating without inhibition- in a way that feels natural to you. What works for one client may not work for another, but there’s no way to know unless you try it
Knowing your ’edge‘ (what makes you different from other media buyers)
Be fluent in English
Be open to a long-term working relationship
Thrive in a lean, remote, startup environment where teamwork is important, but working well autonomously is essential
Job Responsibilities:
?? Full reign over eCommerce
?? Brief account auditing to help with client acquisition (only for clients who show strong interest and are near the close)
?? In-depth research process using clients' past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads
?? Mapping out a customer-centric
?? Setting up all ads, including advanced copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately
?? A testing structure with minimum thresholds for KPIs
?? Campaign optimisation
?? Scaling accounts sustainably with a minimum 2x ROAS or higher
Pay is on a client-by-client basis - give me your rates and we'll come to an agreement with a range of pay that's comfortable for both parties.
You WILL get opportunities for work - we’re learning ways to get new clients as an agency in the beginning stages. Sometimes there will be dry spells, so it has to be okay with you when you’re put on stand-by. That said, there has to be a mutual understanding that the more we keep each other in the loop, work together, and learn more about how we work best, the faster we all grow.
Lastly, you must have case studies to leverage. Having more case studies with established brands will always stand to benefit all of us in closing larger clients.
Thanks!
