Professional T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator

We have an opening for a t-shirt designer in our fast paced t-shirt business.
We are searching for a top quality designer who will be able to deliver top of the line t-shirt designs on a as and when basis; this just for the time being though as it could potentially become long term.

Pay : $20 per t-shirt deisgn as a start. The exact details of this would have to be discussed along the way; as it will be based on the arrangement of the project.

***Other requirements***

- You need to have excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This is important – you really need to have both.
-You will have to be extremely good at creating designs based on the instructions provided. We are searching for someone who we can rely upon being able to make their own well thought out solutions.
-Being able to get quality designs done in an organized and timely fashion is critical.

If you meet the criteria above, this is the process to follow:

*IMPORTANT. During the application process we will send some of you an assignment. This is a critical part of the job application. We don’t want any open files. You can safe proof your work in whatever way you want. We will not use it.

If you aren’t interested in following through with an assignment, please don’t apply.

If you did well in the assignment, we will contact you to set you up for an interview.

When the interviews are done, we will offer someone the job.
