A qualified candidate for the role of Call Center Manager/Director has multiple years of experience managing a call center, optimizing systems and processes, and has a desire to always improve effectiveness. We are looking for the following:
- Available during United States business hours
- Start as an agent, help us develop protocols and systems, and transition to manager/director role
- Multiple years of experience managing call center employees and/or operations
- Fluent or extremely proficient in spoken and written English
- Hungry to scale and grow in their position as our agency continues to grow
We're a medical clinic marketing agency looking to expand our operations to bring our clients better results. You'll play a crucial role in helping us develop a functioning call center and managing and growing the volume and functionalities of the call center.
