Virtual assistant - HTML/Wordpress/SEO/web design UX

I am running several projects and I need someone to help me out with understanding of the above.

Html - you will understand be able to write basic html, headings tags, title tags, css inline styles and formatting, layout issues, box model (you will not be required to code from scratch)

Wordpress- you will understand the layout and usage of wordpress, working with plugins, menus, responsive issues, css and file relationship, adding pages and posts, innner links, image uploads, and optimisation.

Your English communication must be VERY GOOD

SEO - you will understand how the above 2 things work in conjunction with each other, how you write effective title tags, h1 tags and page titles, and secondary keywords, it would be helpful if you understood link building but i will not be interested in any form of automation of spammy practices.

It would be useful if you understand UX for layout purposes, when your updating and adding content, pages so on, an understanding of page flow in responsive/mobile designs, grid systems and user experience would be preferred.

Everything will come on a project basis, or it could become full time if there is more work could be paid on a day or hourly rate, but I cannot work with any long deadlines, when things come in, i need them doing.
