We are looking for a motivated and results-driven person to generate leads for our growing Real Estate Investment Company!

Tasks Include, but are not limited to:
• Answer all inbound calls that come in from our various marketing channels daily
• Speak to potential sellers and obtain information necessary to qualify them for an appointment with our team members
• Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
• Set Appointments
• Input/manage all leads within the database we use
• Report to the Lead Manager on a daily basis
Requirements:
• Must be able to work 11:00am – 6:00p EST, Monday – Friday.
• Must have a computer/laptop and phone.
• A strong understanding of the English language and minimal accent
• Prior experience with cold calling and lead generation for Real Estate
• Must be confident, persistent and able to handle different objections.
