Remote Sales Specialist

We are looking for someone who loves talking to and selling. This position requires someone who is very friendly and loves sales and who is also very organized.

1. Contacting prospects and selling them software licenses of our IT products.
2. Making sure our customers are serviced and satisfied.
3. Making sure our customers, are getting the Tech Support they need and are trained on how to use the software. If they need any help, getting Tech Support to service or train them.
4. Checking to ensure customers are using their software correctly per their license and reporting to the appropriate executives any instance where it is suspected that a license violation may be occurring.

Qualifications:
1) Fluent in written and spoken English.
2) Very friendly and an interested voice.
3) More than 5 years of experience in Sales.
4) Technical sales experience would be an added advantage
