The Role: Technical Support Agent
Do you have a technical background? Did you receive an engineering/I.T. degree? Did you teach yourself how to program, repair and work on computers? And do you want it to pay off right now?

Qualifications:
Applicants must have excellent verbal English communication skills. An internet or media background is a plus. They must also be willing to work graveyard shifts, holidays, weekends, and rendering overtime.
You will be expected to interact with clients based abroad who will your need help with troubleshooting issues. If you are resourceful, a problem-solver and like dealing with people, this is the job for you!

• to be 18 years old or older
• to be a Filipino citizen or permitted to legally work in the Philippines
• to have completed at least two (2) years of college, a technical background is preferred
• to be willing to work full-time at our Bacolod site

Having call center experience is not necessary but it is a major plus!
