Cold Call & Appointment Setting For Digital Marketing (Base + Bonus) - PST Time Zone

I am looking for someone with the experience and ability to book meetings for Google Ads services (if you have experience cold calling for SEO or Web Design services, that also works). I will do the sales pitch in the follow-up meeting and take care of things from there.

NEED
- I will pay $300/mo base salary + $10 bonus for each booked meeting
- Monthly appointment goal: 10+ (under 8 appointments a month = termination)
- Best time for calling U.S. prospects: 10 AM - 5 PM (Pacific) / 2 AM - 9 AM (PHST)
- Native/Bilingual English speakers only (good writing skills is a plus)
- Nice to have but not critical: American accent

DUTIES
- You will refine your own call script (I have a starter script)
- You will build your own prospect lists from Yelp/Google Maps/Yellow Pages
- You will be cold calling them and booking meetings for me to pitch
- You will assist with other related tasks and research
- You will track your progress and provide weekly reports
