Personal Assistant

I am in need of both a personal and business assistant.I am an entrepreneur with two businesses (Sourcing company, Airbnb business) and also work a 3rd job as a sr. sales executive for a tech company. I am looking for someone who I can trust, is a self starter, and can help me manage a number of personal and business related tasks.

I am very creative and my mind can come up with multiple good ideas, strategic next moves for different projects or businesses, and thoughts (that turn into tasks or projects) all day. Many of them have the opportunity to really improve my business, life, or are a potential great idea. My overall problem is not having the time to act on each and not having a great organizational process to make sure they eventually are acted on and prioritized appropriately.
