Responsibilities:
-Responsible in accepting incoming calls and making outbound calls to follow up with customers.
-Responsible in replying to emails and providing assistance.
-Responsible in monitoring and organizing the database.
Requirements:
-Excellent english communication skills, written skills, excellent organizational skills, people person, with an outgoing, happy and polite personality.
-Organized and keen to details.
-With at least 1.5 years relevant call center experience in customer service, operating in a customer-oriented atmosphere.
-Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
-Good organization skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Skilled to work at a minimum supervision to no supervision at all.
-Candidates with excellent attendance record from previous employers are highly encouraged to apply.
-Must be able to work on graveyard and/or shifting schedules.
-Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
-Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
