Ebook Writer

I need a writer to produce a 15-20 page guide to digital photography that I want to give away on my website. It needs to be focused for a beginner to intermediate audience.

Some example topics might include:
What are the major differences between digital and film photography?
What do I need to think about when choosing a digital camera?
What accessories is it worth considering when taking up digital photography?
Considerations for storing digital photos.
Tips for taking good digital photographs in some challenging conditions (e.g. low light, portraits, landscapes, close up's).
Difference between some of the common modes found on digital cameras.
Considerations for getting good printed copies of your digital photos.
Sharing digital photos
Introduction to retouching your digital photos (links to some free packages perhaps, and some basic retouching techniques)

Would like the ebook to be easy to follow and coversational. Minimal technical jargon. Given the topic, it would be good to have some visuals and pictures (particularly of things like the effect different modes have on the pictures)

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
Ability to write well in english, and make minimal use of technical jargon.
Ideally someone who can produce a complete finished product (with a cover and visuals) so the guide is good to go.
