PPC Google Adwords, Email Funnels, Joint Venture, Marketing Campaign

Looking for someone who has expert skills in increasing our email subscriber list using Google Adwords. Also need to build out marketing funnels in Aweber to get free subscribers to become paying subscribers. Would be interested in a profit share for new leads brought in.
