Wordpress Developer

We are a startup that is growing within the casino and gambling affiliate world. We all work remote from different places in the world with a head-office in Dubai.
We work on tight schedules most of the time, but with specific goals on what we want to achieve.
Right now we are looking to find a developer mainly specialized in Wordpress to become part of ur team and take the lead on all our sites development and planning.

What we are looking for:

An experience developer that can take the lead on the development side of our projects. You must have experience within the online affiliate world, en extra plus is if that experience is in our niche, casino and gambling affiliation.

Requirements:

- Mobile First development
- Troubleshooting
- Experience in building custom made plugins
- Wordpress expert
- Optimization
- CSS/HTML/JS
- Semantic
- UX/UI
- To built a template base of an affiliate website that we can use for each market we enter
- Mainly work on frontend-integration, but also have knowledge on the backend.
- Graphic design for banner

You must:

- Be an EXCELLENT communicator with the team
- Be able to work tight and close with the team members
- Meet deadlines and work independently as well as in a team
- Not be afraid to test new things, come with ideas and suggestions
- Most importantly: You are someone who are in for a challenge and look forward to work long-term and be part of the growth of a company instead of working with new clients everyday as a freelancer. We are a startup with a team of around 10 people


Time:
Minimum of 40 flexible hours per week. We will find timings that works for all of us.

Payment:
Monthly fixed salary with amazing bonus plans for the right candidate!

Office:
Remote, we all are working in different parts of the world, Ireland, Bosnia, Serbia, India, Sweden, Philippines and Dubai.
Once every year, we will have a gathering in our head office in Dubai to spend time together and to plan for the upcoming year.
