Wordpress website Designer with an eye for detail and design

We are looking for a Wordpress website designer who has an eye for detail, has awesome design skills and understands the importance of UX. We use purchased themes for most of our websites then change the elements to suit what the client requires so we do not need a developer, but rather a designer with php, css, html knowledge.
Our clients come from a range of different businesses and industries and we are looking for someone who is happy to create a brand new website as well as make adjustments to existing websites, post blog posts etc.
This role will be on an as needs basis as workloads vary week to week, but is on-going.
