Quality Assurance VA

Rate: $4/hour
Work Schedule: Flexible - should be available on EST hours if needed
Initially part time for 25-30hours a week and will turn into a full-time position.

-With at least 1 year of solid experience on the same role and from a BPO industry; with sales and VA experience as well is a plus
-With excellent communication and organization skills; no attendance issues, with initiative, highly motivated, result and detail oriented

Responsibilities:
-Collect calls from sales representatives
-Review the quality of the calls and score each section based on the score guide
-Update the call review document and tracker with the required information
-Provide recommendations and areas for improvement
