6. Set Targets and Motivate CSR Team; prepare Team Reports


Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-5 year course
Preferably 1-3 years experience as Team Leader preferably within the call center or customer service/sales industry
With Work from home experience managing teams is a must!
Must be highly resourceful, analytical, and creative
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Must have excellent oral excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills
Must have superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement
Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
Noise cancelling headset; quiet background
