Sales Associate to contact cold leads

We are a growing digital advertising agency - ---------- . We work with eCommerce brands - mainly in the US - and help them grow their business through management of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and e-mail marketing.

We've been in business for over 6 years and have been growing ever since. We are looking for a LONG TERM rockstar sales associate to help with our outreach so we can continue to grow. We do not want to have to hire someone over, and over again. We like to develop long lasting relationships with all of our contractors, employees, and clients.

The responsibilities associated with this position include:
- Loading prospects into our outreach software
- Calling prospects (during US business hours) to set up a time to speak
- Performing other tasks related to sales and marketing of our agency

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent command of English speech and writing
- Comfortable with calling prospects at various stages of their cycle (a script will be provided)
- Experience with cold outreach communication
- Comfortable learning a new CRM (we use ---------- )
- Reliable internet and phone communications

A few things to know:
- We conduct business from 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time
- We communicate via Slack (it's quicker than email and more professional than Whatsapp)
