Social Media Management ( with Experience Needed)

Hiring: Social Media Manager, FB Ads Expert, Graphic Designer, and Virtual Assistant

Our team is currently looking for a talented Social media VA to administer our social media and shopping accounts for 2 brands. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media VA, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Rate: PHP 10,000/month
20hrs per week

Job and Responsibilities:

· Social Media Management (create posts for IG and FB, create captions and graphics, reply to comments, grow our following, IG stories, influencer collaboration, giveaways/raffles, etc.)

· FB and IG Ad Management and Optimization (target the right FB audience with the best ROI, reply to ad comments, etc.)

· Graphic design and photo editing (for social media posts and product label designs, brochures, fliers)

· Researching & sourcing retail and online stores or FB groups to distribute/resell products

· Some admin tasks

· Be able to turn product images into png files to edit and impose on different backgrounds

· Must be able to create a curated IG feed and IG stories/FB Feed

· Be able to research relevant hashtags, come up with clever and up to date captions, keep up with industry trends.

· Strategize to have our IG/FB accounts gain more followers

· Influencer collabs/coordination

· YOUTUBE, FB and IG Expert ( gain more subscribers)

· Must know how to edit videos

· Social media profile improvement and management

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management

· Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

· Can work with minimal supervision

· Must be creative and proactive

· Knowledge in Graphic Designing is a plus

· Shopify and Wordpress familiarity is not required but a plus

· Reliable internet connection

· Willing to start working ASAP

· Graphic design work must be of premium, luxury look. Editing skills are a ---------- otoshop is a plus
