Mobile programmer

-I need a coder to be able to build and/or modify mobile landing pages.
-This is a long term project for the right person.
-I need a landing pages for different mobile offers I am sending traffic to.
-The need to be light on code and load very fast.
-All text needs to be easily edited.
-Labels in CSS clearly marked so Colors, sizes may be altered.

-Agencies will be rejected. NO AGENCIES.
