Responsive Designer

Our publication, the Global Property Guide, is a large site built in PHP with an in-house CMS. It is a complex site with many data-display features, and will be particularly challenging to re-design for mobiles. We need [a] a great designer with experience of redesigning sites to make them responsive, beginning with wireframes; [b] a great programmer who can take the existing code and reconfigure the whole thing. We also need [c] to do User Experience and A/B testing.
