Odoo Programmer

We are looking to hire a programmer with experience on Odoo 12 in creating modules as well as reports. We need someone who understands the principles on how Odoo works and works under their standards.
We are working on Odoo Community Edition V12
Has to be able to document all work and know how to work with gitlab.
English or Spanish (preffered) is a must.
Able to communicate easily via chat.
