bot setup

I want to get chat function on shopify app "reamaze" setup so that whenever someone sends us a chat via website saying like "hey wheres my order" a chat automatically sends a message saying hey... heres your order tracking link... last update was that it's...." and another example "hey how long is shipping" and then chat automatilly tells them. Also want to do this with email! So it's less manual work and more automated.
