Book Cover Design

Need a book cover designed and formatted to Create Space criteria. Also need the book and cover uploaded and formatted to meet Create Space criteria to the point the book is ready for publishing. Since the book is based on Christianity, would prefer a Christian who reads and studies the Bible. However, that requirement will not be absolutely necessary. Book is 450 pages (8.5x11) would like an estimate from applicant regarding how much time it will take them to complete task.
