**About the Interview process:**
1. Fill out a basic questionnaire (unpaid) , initial 20 min call/video (unpaid)
2. Complete a written task. Want to see communication skills here (paid)
3. Complete a technical
4. Video call to talk about the previous tasks (paid)
If you make it through to the end, the payment will be for 8-10 hours work
**About you:**
- Great communicator in written & spoken English
- Super reliable
- Have a positive attitude
- Proactive, not reactive
- Able to work autonomously
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding time management skills
- Willing and want to complete paid training to improve your skills
- Must have a quiet home office
- And you have legitimate high-speed home internet access
**About the role:**
- Admin tasks - organising my calendar, reminding me of upcoming events,
- Content writing - suggesting, planning and writing content
- Outreach -
- Online research - researching and adding to a database
- Basic WordPress website management - I will train you if you can't do this
