Immediate Requirement:
We are urgently looking for an experienced web developer (min. 3-5 yrs) to join our small but vibrant team on a freelance/contract basis for various projects.

Requirements:
• Min. 4-5 yrs’ experience
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Strong working knowledge of: WordPress & Elementor (& understanding of WP page template hierarchy); HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, Photoshop/XD
• Strong experience of designing pdf mock-up website homepages
• Must have experience of custom coding, working with PHP functions, custom plugin development/plugin customization,
• Working knowledge of other ecommerce web platforms of benefit e.g. Shopify, Prestashop, OpenCart
• Understanding the concept of code re-usability
• Knowledge how to write Clean Code/Clean Code principles
• Knowledge how to upload page content using wordpress CMS backend & ensuring pages are visually pleasant & meet current web standards
• Convert layouts from graphic design into HTML pages in wordpress CMS backend
• Understanding the concept of SEO for websites, implementing basic SEO by using Yoast plugin
• Knowledge how to test web pages in responsive mode (On mobile devices as well as different screen sizes)
• Knowing techniques used in migrating content between the websites
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small dynamic team
