Cold caller/telemarketing

This is an amazing opportunity to get into the world of real estate investing in this job you will be performing a task like
listening to Voice messages from property owners and input that information into our CRM
Researching the property information left on the message by the property owner and add the information and details to our CRM
you will also help me prepare documents that are needed for the process of buying and selling the properties that I find
managing messages from motivated sellers
and you will also spend time making calls for me using our dialer
this is not a sales position you will simply have to talk on the phone and input information for every property sold you will be paid an additional $500 after-sale .starting pay $2.50-$3.00 and an increase in pay as time goes on 30/40 hours a week
