Are you a tech wizard and already proficient at Wordpress Plugin Management/Fixes & Minor Updates to Divi or Thrive?
Are you a Funnel Building Master and proficient at Softwares like Influencersoft (or at least can learn very quickly)?
Do you know how to set up and run marketing campaigns in Email Management software like Mailchimp etc?

You DON'T have to be an expert at all of these. The most important thing is that you have experience with them and you're a fast learner because you LOVE marketing technology.

I'm seeking someone I can count on who can serve as my part time 10-20 hours per week Webmaster / Funnel Builder / Marketing Tech Guru. You don't need to know everything, but you need to have some solid experience and a marketing and technology brain. And you need to know how to identify what you don't know so we can then hire the right specialist to handle the job if necessary. You would act as the supervisor of those specialists as we grow. But you need to be willing and capable to also roll up your sleeves and do the work, especially in the beginning.

I'm looking for someone who LOVES doing this type of work and who wants to grow right along with me and can stay with me for the next year or more.

About me:
I'm an International Keynote Speaker and I also Coach Purpose Driven Entrepreneurs to grow their Impact, Influence, and Income as World Class Speakers. I'm rapidly growing my coaching side of my business and the online tools and presence that goes along with that. And I need a solid team member who I can count on to quickly solve technology problems (ie SSL certificate expires and you figure out how to fix it), implement new technologies (setting up facebook pixels or metrics tracking software), and manage day to day development of funnels, email communications, and other online marketing related projects. Again, you don't need to know how to do everything, but you need to have some solid experience in at least 1 or 2 areas that I've mentioned and more importantly you need to know how to diagnose what's not working and be able to help me hire and supervise the specialist who would be implementing.

You MUST have very strong and continuous internet signal and be able to work during Pacific time zone in the Western United States (At least to be able to meet with me for part of the day, doesn't have to be the whole day).

Wage/Salary is negotiable as I'm exploring what this is valued at. Ideally I want to stay around $5-$10 per hour for 10-20 hours per week, depending on experience.
