Onlyfans assistant

So I am top 2% on onlyfans meaning im one of the top creators. And I am getting overwhelmed with messages and technical work. I need someone who can throughout their day check messages and create connections with my subscribers over the onlyfans chat. This is one of the small responsibilities because alot of my subscribers dont message me. Along with that I need help promoting and advertising work as well as posting content on separate sites to create more money flow.

Other duties would include telling me if a client wants to Facetime or wants a custom video made, etc.

This is my first time hiring someone for this so I would write up a list of daily duties. I just overall need a minimum of about 20 hours a week work.
