JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a loyal, dedicated, ambitious and intelligent VA who can follow directions as well as use their own initiative. I own a real estate brokerage in Los Angeles and am looking to hire a VA to expand my business. This job will involve a range of different tasks and the VA will need to be agile and adaptable, with the many roles being:

*Generating and adding graphics/text to social media posts, primarily on instagram and Facebook. Edit videos. Add hashtags.
*Helping develop my online presence across all platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
*Research ways to help increase online profile
* Help to systemise aspects of business
* Help to create and maintain a CRM and give me nudges when I need to contact clients
