Expert eCommerce Developer Needed

We are in need of an expert developer to build a clients new on-line store (CANNOT USE SHOPIFY), the client has a list of needs we have to fulfil so I am not sure a canned solution will work. May need to build from scratch or use a high-end platform. We can discuss all of this.
