JOB OVERVIEW

With at least 2 years work experience as customer service representative with essential functions such as answering emails, chats, forum/social posts,
Troubleshoots errors
Collaborates with other teams
Writes copy for customer engagement and event coordination
Must be tech savy
Must have good writing skill
Must know how to use G Suite (Google), project management platforms such as ASANA
Must be Creative
Team player and can work with minimum supervision
