What you WON’T be doing: Cold Calling

What you WILL be doing: Responding to people who have responded to our Sales Outreach on Linkedin. You will answer their questions and provide them with information on the types of loans we offer. Most of the time this will be over email or Linkedin Chat. Must be willing to talk to people on the phone too if that is how they want to ask their questions.

They are already interested in a loan with us. You just warm them up by answering their questions, sending them documentation, and then schedule them with the head Lender. You need to be committed to learning the loan products and terms, so you can answer initial questions.

We are a private investment group providing lending. We are not a bank or big lender.

Job Requirements:
1. Experienced VA
2. Customer Service Experience
3. Lending or Mortgage Experience
4. English Speaking and Writing Skills
5. Work US Schedule, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Time.
6. Independent Worker
7. Hard Worker

Will be part time to start, and ramp up to full time once trained. $2.50/hour.
