Reamaze app chat ( shopify )

I really don't know reamaze so if you don't know how to either it wouldnt make sense.
However if you do know then you would have to set up chatbots so they automatically anwser general questions like where's my order, whats my tracking link, where do you ship from, how long does it usually take ect.
would have to put time into it.
Would need to be able to fully understand the store- I would give you some guideance on basic questions like returns, refunds, exchanges and then other questions at first you would probally ask me for advice and then after that if someone asks the same question would you be able to remember what to say ect.
You would only do the chats not emails
