Keymanna Management Hiring P/T – F/T Executive Virtual Assistant (Long Term)
Keymanna Management based in New York City and Los Angeles in business for over 15 years is looking for ambitions, extremely detailed oriented and organized assistant with a Strong Command of the English Language written and verbal.
The ideal candidate must have strong writing and communication skills. Preferably have some interest in the Business of Entertainment (i.e. Music, Fashion, Film, Events). The person for the job is creative and organized fast learner.
Our company works with actors, comedians, singers, and corporate events planning.
Applicants will need to test writing and speaking skills. Voice recording required.
Daily work will include:
• Creating PowerPoint Proposals.
• Updating Clients Calendars
• Researching Social Event for clients
• Researching Festivals and Concerts
• Creating/Updating Spreadsheets
• Updating Word Press
• Maintain Executive Calendar
• Writing News Letters
• Updating Social Media
• Scheduling Conference Calls
