First, let me NOT apologize for the gunslinger job ad- this is who I am and what my business will be like. If you read this and feel like "it's too good to be true it must be fake" let me tell you that this type of work flat-out takes effort and time to produce top results, how much time is up to you. I'm looking to partner with two folks who will kill it in sales and compensate them handsomely.

The ideal candidate is articulate, well-spoken (can hide an accent if able), sales-oriented, able to read write, and speak English at a very high level. They need to be confident and comfortable on the phone but also assertive. They are able to negotiate and feel comfortable with engaging customers. Ideally, you have had some sales training. This job will involve the following

1) Training on the products we offer and how to prospect for clients
2) Training on the types of customers we are looking for
3) Ongoing support if a sale needs help signing or "getting over the finish line.

You will be responsible for
1) doing your own due diligence in a market
2) cold calling
3) piquing interest
4) Analyzing the best product to fit client needs
5) Building a professional proposal
6) Presenting that proposal
7) Closing the sale and receiving payment

For the better part of a year, I have been doing SEO, lead generation, and a variety of other services to boost local business owner’s visibility on the web so that they can expand their businesses.

I started doing this because I cannot stand that larger companies take, and sell leads to multiple business owners and have them fight over it while collecting a fee from them. This pay to play mentality seems riddled with distrust and is only viable to the businesses that can afford to spend money blindly on leads who are diluted.

That’s where Precision Digital comes in- I started working with local business owners and boosting their organic rankings for a nominal fee- and then charging a subscription to keep it there.

I own some web pages which are generating calls for specific services which are then sold/rented to a single ---------- short, the business has done well and I am tied up with web design, builds, etc, and am looking to add two ground and pound sales reps to seek out local businesses and sell them on the services we offer. This will require you to research, find, and develop your own leads. I have some tricks and tools to help guide and coach.

Pay is $3USD per hour PLUS commission and going commission on the monthly service charges-

Do you know what I always hated about sales?

1) Most sales ads are shady, but if you did go to an interview you were in a room with 30 other people.

2) You eat what you kill, ONCE. Then the business lives off it ---------- em fair? It is not-

I am not greedy especially since I need some help. I have a tiered program for subscription sales where you earn commission on the initial sale up to (2) months of the agreed-upon monthly price and then you also earn a % of their monthly subscription FOR THE LIFE OF THE CUSTOMER. The earning potential is limitless, and what is better is you have the latitude you need to make the sale.

Example scenario below:

Customer signs a $2,500USD SEO deal with a $500USD/month recurring fee (4-month minimum)

You earn $500USD upon signature and deposit and after the 6th monthly payment, you earn 5% of $500 ($25)/month.

Let's say it’s a $2,500USD/month deal- you jump to 10%- that’s $2500USD paid to you followed by $250/month in your pocket for the life of the customer. Would that change your life?

Let’s say your customer who’s already paying calls to add services, ever miss out on that commission? Not here, you earn a flat 10% on all upsells- be it recurring or onetime service. Whether you work or not- so long as they are a paying customer in good standing and the company is making money, you’re making money- the incentive to sell and keep your customers is in line with ownership, it’s either win-win or nobody wins.

The average sales representative working full time executing at a high level can expect to SELL 2 DEALS PER WEEK.
