Experienced Amazon product researcher

We are a developing company that is based in the United States and specifies on selling on US Amazon marketplace. We are looking to expand and to grow our team.
We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED AMAZON PRODUCT RESEARCHER, who is familiar with ONLINE ARBITRAGE BUSINESS MODEL and who would be able to successfully source products in online stores in the US. We are looking for responsible people with great work ethic and who can search for products with minimum supervision. For a candidate to be considered successful, he/she must be able to submit at least 5 DEALS PER DAY with at least 2 WINNERS. For deals to be considered winners, they must be able to meet the criteria we provide. The User Permission and the Checkpermission tool will be provided.
To get the position of Online Arbitrage product researcher, you would be asked to complete a trial test with 2 days of ---------- this test you will show us how attentively you can stick to the sourcing criteria that we will provide.
The salary is negotiable and is likely to be increased based on the researcher perfomance. The job is full-time.
