JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I run an Ecommerce company which sells products via our own websites as well as on Amazon.
I am looking to hire someone full time who can manage our projects alongside myself and help
build the business. A lot of work has been done in the past year on development. We now need
marketing and traffic.

You should have experience in:
- Project management
- People management
- Internet Marketing
- Ecommerce

I need someone who can:
- Define a marketing and strategic plan with me in order to push the business forward fast
- Help hire one graphic designer and one writer in the Phillippines, likely via OnlineJobs.ph
(we already have programmers)
- Create marketing and promotion ideas
- Plan out weekly/monthly tasks to push the projects forward and manage the graphic
designer and writer to complete needed tasks.

You will have to carry quite a lot of flags to begin with. However, the idea is to keep on employing
people with certain skill sets and for you to manage them.

You will need to have the confidence (and skill) to push forward without needing my opinion each step of the way. (although I will always be very happy to help and advise)

It's not absolutely necessary but as our business is going to expand quickly via Amazon.com
so having some experience with selling on Amazon/Amazon FBA is a plus. However, it is not
absolutely necessary.
