We are a startup company in need of a Customer Service agent who is passionate about helping customers
General Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries
-Communicating with customers through various channels
-Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service
Minimum Qualifications:
-Near perfect English with a neutral accent
-Spanish speaking
-At least 2 years of customer service experience handling inbound and outbound calls
-Able to work from at least 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday to Friday
-This will be your exclusive work and focus
-Self-starter, fast learner, and reliable
You will work 35 hours weekly or more, from Monday-Friday for a 100% remote company. You will be responsible for your computer, high-speed internet, a good headset, and a quiet work environment.
