MyAirShield Ltd. is looking for an E-commerce Store Manager to join the team.
Job description:
This full-time position will require you to manage the company’s online store. You will be responsible for processing orders, refunds, and tickets. The role will require you to manage marketing campaigns and digital product content.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with managing an E-commerce team
Experience with tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Clickfunnels
Experience with Amazon FBA/Arbitrage and Shopify
Experience with ERP systems
Experience with setting templated scripts in ticketing software (like Gorgias, Macros, Freshdesk)
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and digital product content
Knowledgeable in processing orders, refunds, and tickets
Knowledge in system administration
Knowledge in tracking orders and deliver with professionalism
Ability to identify market and customer range gaps, customer challenges and provide innovative solutions to convert to sales
Ability to provide feedback on store monitoring
Understanding of the shopper and the customer journey
Advantage: Degree in Business, Marketing, or have a proven track record for any Shopify or Project Management Online Courses
