Graphic Designer with Art Skills

I am looking for freelance digital portrait artists who can create art gallery quality pet portraits for my business ---------- . The portraits are done using the smudge painting technique.

There will be a trial piece of artwork to complete after the application. If the trial is good enough you will start immediately, I WON'T hire anyone who hasn't completed the trial.

The Job role -

Turn customers photos into stunning renaissance style portraits using photoshop - smudge, oil paint effects, camera raw filter (photo retouching)

The pay is $3 per design, and each design usually takes 30-45 minutes.

I expect freelancers to do 8+ designs per day, and to be active on Slack when you are working.

About you -

You are an incredible portrait artist or cartoonist with years of experience on photoshop, creating artwork from photographs as well as your own particular style.

You own and regularly use a drawing pad (like a Wacom) to produce your artwork.

You have experience in photo editing, and understand how to turn poor quality photos into good ones.

You are self reliant and can work 8 hours per day unassisted, and want the best for the companies you work for.

You have a meticulous design eye, and make sure everything that you do is perfect.

You speak very good english, and understand design terms clearly.
