We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our team to help us write copy for the ads we run for our clients where we spend anywhere around $10,000 to $15,000 per day across all our campaigns.

Your work will help us achieve these goals with our clients. As we help them grow, we help their future customers get products/services they need, and at the same time we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.
Here’s some of the actual responsibilities of the role:
- Perform market research to dive deep into the deepest fears, dreams, pains, and desires of a target audience;
- Perform competitive research to understand the positioning and messaging of competing brands so we write for our client in a way that stands out;
- Perform research on our client’s product / services to truly understand what they sell so we can articulate it clearly to the market;
- Continuously learns new copywriting techniques from the copywriting legends of the past like David Ogilvy, Robert Bly, John Hopkins, and more.
- Enthusiastically reads through past sales letters, ad copy, and other marketing material to learn more about the craft;
- Write ad copy of varying lengths that are designed to capture attention and create desire for our client’s products/services;
- Identify current trends to leverage in our messaging;
- Understand the full journey a customer goes through in our client’s business, and writes copy for every stage of the journey.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to help our clients achieve their goals.
- Creates insights from the data gathered by the Media Buyer to inform future copy written for the client.
We’re looking for someone to work with us around 4 to 6 hours every weekday per week to start. And if you’re a good fit, this definitely will become a full-time job with performance-bonuses and career growth opportunities for you as we grow.
There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.
I personally will be investing in your growth, spending my own time each day to help you grow professionally and personally. You’ll be subject to intense mindset training - the kind that helped me start this business while I was a college student just 4 years ago, growing it into a thriving business, employing a team of over 20 people.
