JOB OVERVIEW


-Responsible for the proper execution of all projects / project sites
-Oversee and control material management and project engineering
-Ensure that appropriate Quality Management System requirements are implemented in all projects
-Conduct regular project meetings and do close monitoring of project(s) status and development
-Control resources to achieve timely deliveries within the budgeted cost and time estimates
-Ensure establishment, maintenance and updating of project documentation
-Report project relevant feedback of clients / partners to ensure development of the company
-Conduct frequent coordination meeting with Project Engineers, Supervisors and/or Field Engineers to discuss project status, billing,and other issues related to proper project implementation.
-Conduct Training to prospective / potential employees to become Locators and operators


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering or Civil Engineering or any related Engineering course (Preferably Registered)
-With at least 10 years experience as Project Manager in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) and Civil works
-With Vast and Considerable experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (e.g. HDPE Pipes, Water Pipelines, Quality testing) and in and Civil works (e.g. Bridge Crossing using HDD method)
-Undergone HDD, Project Management and Leadership trainings
-Excellent in Establishing project plan baseline, Resource planning (material, manpower and equipment needed)
-Proficient in Locating HDD works and Operating HDD Machines
-Can train prospective / potential employees to become Locators and operators
