We are an e-commerce company. We sell on Amazon, Ebay , and several other sales channels. We are looking for a professional English speaking customer service rep to assist in answering emails, remote logging into our system to update orders, check tracking numbers, and provide overall customer support for our customers. This is a long term part-time job. Here are the requirements:
Fluent English speaking and Typing
3-4 hour availability every afternoon Eastern Time (UTC?05:00)
Professional, polite, and understanding email demeanor
Must have prior experience providing customer service in an e-commerce environment.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when applying:
