JOB OVERVIEW

New HireZ Solutions is an affordable independently owned home services placement provider placing qualified private duty | private hire professional caregivers for in-home care.

We are a direct hire agency for families, and we are regulated by the Illinois Department of Public Health. We serve seniors and any patient or family seeking a professional caregiver at a minimum of 20 hours a week of in-home care. We provide both full time and part time professional ---------- regivers can provide personal care, homemaking, live-in care, and Buddy Companionship.

They can assist you with meal preparation; assistance with personal hygiene; transport patients - physically moving patients into and out of bed and other areas within their homes; perform light housekeeping; medication reminders; keep seniors engaged and active; run errands; transportation to appointments, personal laundry, maintenance of household records, and so much more.

New HireZ Solutions thoroughly interviews, pre-qualifies and vets caregivers before you hire, ensuring your private hire caregiver meets IDPH regulations; such as passing a finger print background check, and have successfully completed 14 hours of professional training.

Additionally, our companionship service - through our Buddy Placement? - is offered to families of older adults, 65+, residing at long term care facilities, assisted living, independent living, hospitals, and other facilities.

Job Description
Answer all company incoming calls and speak to candidates as they call in to express interest in placement or professional caregiver training
Introduce our services and process, in detail, to every candidate you speak with
Create your own company Indeed.com free account to use to post our placement templates regarding our placement services and when caregiver positions are available
Enter all candidates you interview into our database, add notes, updates, schedule tasks reminders for yourself to get back to candidates, remember to upload documents, interview dates, notes, etc.
Upload ALL required notes, documents, resumes, on-boarding paperwork to our applicant tracking system, CATS (this is important as we must follow our state's regulations and will be heavily fined if this is not followed)
Contact each person, introduce our placement services to candidates that have applied for placement using various sources such as our FB business page and Indeed (and other sources), and quickly schedule interviews to take place within the week for qualified candidates that have applied
Interviews must be scheduled immediately within the week the scheduling link has been sent out to candidates, or an interview is scheduled by you using the Indeed.com scheduling feature.
Document and update Indeed and Facebook, keeping track of candidates you've spoken to, indicate if they are moved along in the process and reasons they were rejected.

Required
Associates Degree or Bachelors required
2+ years of recruitment experience
Must be extremely detailed oriented but work quickly
Must meet the weekly metrics
Must be honest, reliable, hardworking, and passionate about helping seniors
Must be able to send 'end of day' updates, by email, and keep lines of communication open with the owner at all times
Be able to follow company policy, procedures, state regulations and follow instructions efficiently and effectively
Must be personable and friendly to everyone you speak to and interview with
Someone who is looking for a long term employment
