Cold Caller

Hi, I am looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate. Someone that is familiar with real estate wholesaling, distressed properties, comps, and talking to homeowners. This is a 25hr a week job, 5hours a day from 3p-8p eastern standard time US.

The interview will be held via Zoom.

Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include outbound calling, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities to ensure that the needs of our customers are met.

Qualifications include:
- Real Estate VA
-Great communication skills
-Extremely strong phone skills
-Speak English effectively with confidence
-Positive, enthusiastic motivated, and solution-oriented
-Familiarity with CRMs or ability to learn new systems quickly
